15-Day Return Window
Eligible items may be requested for return within 15 calendar days of the delivery date. Please contact Southern Sales within that 15-day period to start a return request.
How to request a return
Before sending anything back, email bkej1990@gmail.com. Include your order number, the product name, a description of the reason for the return, and photos if they help explain the issue. Please wait for return instructions before mailing an item.
Return review
Return eligibility may depend on the item's condition, product-specific restrictions, and applicable law. Keep the item, packaging, and included accessories together while your request is reviewed. We will confirm the next steps and any applicable conditions before you send it back.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where applicable so we can help.
